DELEEV Agreement: 

Premium Deleev plan: Launch your website, product lists, restaurants, and customers can purchase directly from the DELEEV store by utilizing the DELEEV delivery service. We impose a 0% commission lifetime on any order placed. The monthly fee is $25.99 for access to the platform. Terms and conditions apply.

No Commission and Fees: You have the opportunity to display your website or marketing templates, and customers can directly purchase from your store using the DELEEV delivery service. Fees $10.99 Terms and conditions apply.

Platform Use Conditions: You are allowed to list all of your products and make use of the delivery service simultaneously. Fees may apply.

Operational Responsibilities: Merchants must ensure products are ready for pickup at the designated times and keep prices on the DELEEV platform consistent with their own storefront prices.

Taxes and Liability: Merchants are responsible for sales taxes on their products, although DELEEV may handle the collection and remittance of these taxes in certain locations. Ownership of the products transfers directly from the merchant to the customer at the time of pickup.

Merchants can terminate their plan without incurring penalties or fees, provided they give 30 days' notice. 

This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Merchant and DELEEV
